Green and Gold Natives was born out of the passion we shared for a more natural and endemic landscape.
As avid bushwalkers in this beautiful Scenic Rim, which has some of the most wonderful natural walks and national Parks in Australia, we are constantly reminded of the assets we have lost.
It is our belief that if everyone living the rural areas plant native trees, shrubs and groundcovers we really will make a big difference.
At our Canungra Nursery, small birds like; Wrens, Finches, Willy Wag Tails and Honeyeaters are encouraged to visit.
This eliminates the need for pesticides. Anyone can achieve the same result just by planting thenright combination of plants.
As qualified Horticulturists we love having the conversation on how to achieve this.
We try to present every plant we grow to the best of its capability. Every plant is sun-hardened so you will have the best chance of a successful transplant to your garden or property.
We also grow a lot of plants you may be unfamiliar with. We encourage you to research them and include them in your mix. Diversity is important and very rewarding.
